Yes, it is 99.99% pure fine gold.

Where is my gold stored?

At the Royal Canadian Mint in Canada.

Is my gold insured?

Yes, it is insured by the Royal Canadian Mint.

Am I the direct owner of my gold?

Yes, you are the direct legal owner.

What is my proof of ownership

The ownership is recorded on the VaultChain distributed ledger operated independently by TradeWinds.

Do I have access to the VaultChain distributed ledger to view my gold holdings?

Yes it can be viewed in real-time.

How do I sell my gold?

On the MyGoldPlus Application the same way as you bought your gold.

When will I receive payment after I sell my gold?

We make payments once a month on the 25th or the next business day into your verified bank account.

Can my gold be delivered?

Yes, but unfortunately we do not offer this service yet. We can arrange for delivery through a third party if you hold more than 1 oz of gold.

What are the fees?

Withdrawal fee: €10
Manual processing of an order: €14.99
Transaction cancellation fees if funds have already cleared: €50 + market loss
Delivery fee: determined by third party provider.
