Refund & Return Policy

In accordance with European Law and the Dutch Civil Code of Burgerlijk Wetboek Boek 6 Article 230p there is no statutory right to return, refund or cancel an order for Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium once placed. This is due the fact that the products MGP Connected Limited sells are subject to price fluctuations in the financial markets that are beyond our control. Agreements made by placing orders are therefore legally binding. Customers are reminded of this during the check-out process and must accept these terms before an agreement can come into existence. Where an order is cancelled and altered, any costs incurred by MGP Connected Limited accommodating these changes will be passed on in full to the customer. In addition a market loss fee may be applied.

The above includes returns. MGP Connected Limited does not accept product returns.
